Captain's Message 2012
Fellow Golfers,
It is my great pleasure to welcome you all to the 2012 SHAPE Golf Association. You can find all the information required to join or simply continue to enjoy the many benefits of being an SGA member by visiting
www.shapegolf.org . The SGA have long standing affiliation with 2 of the finest golf courses in Belgium, namely the Royal Golf Club du Hainaut (RGCH) and Mont Garni.
The reputation of the SGA at SHAPE and within the local golfing community remains strong, thanks to the efforts of current and past members. Therefore, the SGA committee and I remain fully committed to:
"Continue to promote golf within the international community at SHAPE and to further the friendly relations we enjoy in the local golfing community”
Those SGA members who gain Associate membership of RGCH or Mont Garni are encouraged to take part in all RGCH or Mont Garni competitions and can even represent those Clubs in Belgian Federation Tournaments. All SGA members holding a current handicap can play in the full calendar of SGA competitions that are organised throughout the year.
The great thing about golf is it allows the higher handicap golfer to compete alongside the more established golfer and our sponsors ensure there are prizes at all levels.
