You are: a Contractor hired by SHAPE, or any other Organization supported or administered by SHAPE.
1. Registration in Belgium: before taking any appointment in SHAPE – you should be registered in Belgium through local commune.
2. Application SHAPE Id: please visit HSG-Central Processing Centre (CEP - Bldg. 210), completed SF550 should be signed by your HR Civilian Personnel Branch, and submitted to Status and Classification Section (STC - Rm.111) through HSG–Military Police (Provost Marshal), for the determination of your legal status and level of entitlements. Please follow the instruction on the bottom of the form.
Please bring with you:

a copy of your national ID and/or passport.

a copy of your Belgium registration document
-
a copy of your security clearance documents.

a copy of your contract.
3. Proceed to the Registration Section (RGN- Rm. 110) to complete your registration and receive your SHAPE Id.
