military,
contractors and
civilians must complete.
You are kindly invited to check in at your National Military Representative's (NMR) office or with your National Support Unit (NSU) or your Divisional Security Office (DSO).
Please proceed to Central Processing Branch (CEP), to complete your inprocess at bldg 210, room 111, Status and Classification Section (STC), SHAPE.
