PARTICULARITIES OF THE SHAPE LEASE FOR THE ECONOMY

 - Contracts are established by the SHAPE International Housing Office and signed by the landlord and the tenant or any other person legally able to sign the contract for them,

 - The recommended leases are the short term leases with usually a possibility to extend. This type of contract guarantee the tenant as well as the owner a sure duration of the contract except in case of circumstances that are part of the diplomatic clause,

 - One full calendar month notice has to be given for any circumstance being part of the diplomatic clause or when your contract arrives to an end,

 - Most of the rents do not follow the annual indexation,

 - One month security deposit or exceptionally two months are applicable,

 - The maintenance costs and the insurance cost can be added to the rent if requested,

 - It is possible also to have special clauses added to the contract after negotiation between the parties.
