Application

- Before you apply, you MUST have your SHAPE ID Card.

 - Once you have the SHAPE ID Card, return to the International Housing Office and register on our computer system. At the end of the In-processing print the application form.

 - With this Application form go to your NMR and get it stamped and signed.

 - Return to the International Housing Office and your name willbe added to the Waiting list.

 - As soon as you are Number One we will contact you.

 - Once you have been contacted return to the International Housing Office and you will receive a printed form on witch you will see you're offered residences.

 - With this form you go to the SHAPE Domaines office and pick up the keys to visit the offered residences.

 - You then make the decision if you wish to take the dwelling or not.

 - When you have made your decision return to the International Housing Office. If  you have decided to take the residence we will assign it  to you and you will receive a new form from us. With this form you return  to the SHAPE Domaines office.

 - If you  reject the offer your name will be back at the bottom of the waiting list.
