The SHAPE Village Lease

PARTICULARITIES OF THE SHAPE VILLAGE CONTRACT

 - The contracts are established by SHAPE Domaines (representative of the Ministry of Finance/owner) and signed by the tenant and a SHAPE Domaines representative,

 - The contract provides a Diplomatic Clause that allows the tenant do give 30 days notice in case of orders or decease/disparition,

 - A 30 days notice can also be given by the landlord in case the tenant would occupy the premises alone for a period exceeding four months,

 - An annual rent indexation is requested by the owner,

 - One month security deposit is mandatory,

 - The maintenance costs are added to the rent as well as the cost for garbage collection and TV cable connection.
