You are living in SHAPE Village
The International Housing Section is responsible for administration and allocation of SHAPE Village quarters.
Rules and regulations are explained in the SHAPE directive 100/3.
The main point is that residents of SHAPE Village are expected to foster a high standard of community spirit and to respect the privacy to which all individuals are entitled. They are also to comply strictly with Belgian legislation, which provides for legal proceedings and claims against anyone causing damage, disturbance, distress or danger to persons or property. Excessive noise produced by, for example, radios/TVs, noisy and uncontrolled children, motorcycles, animals and pets etc., is to be avoided.
