SUPPORTING TASKS:
- Contacting perspective landlord to view a house, provide directions, contact local shops to arrange for minor repairs and provide help in obtaining services for your house
- Provide Newcomer briefings and orientation about living in Belgium and using the International Housing Office option system
- Negotiate, prepare, execute and terminate leases
- Provide continuous customer assistance to lease-holders and other Shape members
- Schedule and execute IN/OUT inspections.
- Prepare cancellation documents and contract extension
- Pursue wrongful debt matters that occur with SHAPE members
- Provide expert witness and assistance in legal matters dealing with housing
- Validate housing allowances
- Language - Bill explanation - Disputes with landlord - Requests by landlords.
