During working hours
If there is a problem in your quarters, please go to the SHAPE Domaine office (building 210) in order to fill a work request; upon your written request they will send a technician to your house or apartment as soon as possible.
Some jobs are the responsibility of the landlord. Some jobs will be at your own expense. To avoid any disagreement, make sure you have all the necessary information.
In case of central heating problems, your visit is not required, just call SHAPE Domaine (7942) and they will send you a technician.
On Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays or after working hours,
Between 08.30 and 16.00 and in case of central heating problems, call the Fire department (4017),or Engineer Branch (5555), or Police (3333). Care is provided by a technical team, (a written work request is not required in that particular case).
In case of emergency, to protect your safety and prevent damages caused by explosion, fire, flooding, gas smells, electricity etc. call:
