Leaving SHAPE Village

- To end your contract you have to go to the Shape Domain office one month before the end of your tour of duty,

- At the Shape Domain office you will fill out a form in which you write your address in Shape Village, the date you wish to leave and the reason why you are leaving,

- Shape Domain will be responsible for your out-inspection and for ending your contract,

- You will receive the final water and electricity bills after the out-inspection from Shape Domain,

- If you have a contract with Belgacom be sure that it is cancelled before you leave Shape.
