Organize my event at the SHAPE Club....
What do I need to do?

Call us at ext. 8307 or 8301 (civil line: 065 44 8307 or 065 44 8301) and
check out the room availability for the date(s) you are looking at. |

Drop by the Catering office bringing your SHAPE ID Card, in order to be
registered in our database. You will be asked to provide a couple of
information as the billing address, contact numbers, the office you are
working at, etc... |

Once registered, you will be able to book rooms for events at the SHAPE Club.
You will receive a copy of our Catering Guide, which may be also downloaded and printed by clicking here. |

You will be asked to read carefully and comply with our Catering rules (page 2 of our Catering Guide) before making any arrangements.

Book an appointement with one of our Catering Manager not later than 10 days before the date of the event, in order to prepare it. Together, you will build a Party Sheet (contract) which will contain all the details concerning your function (name of the room selected, starting and ending time, menu selection, bar and beverages options, set up requirements and colours).
Bring in your ideas and requirements, we will give you our advises, and we will do our best in order to make your event a success! |

Within 2 opening days following your event, the final invoice will be issued and send to the adress provided at registration (or email).
The invoice has to be settled not later than 2 weeks after the function. We accept cash payment, credit/bank card, bank transfer.
