STOLEN VEHICLE

Your vehicle was stolen. Now what?

1. Report your stolen vehicle to the Belgian Federal Police immediately.

2. You must proceed to the Belgian Customs office, bldg 210, rm 111A, to clear your vehicle from their records. Bring the following documents with you:

SHAPE I.D. card
Insurance documents showing vehicle as "Stolen”
Police report
Vehicle registration documents (if available)

- If registration documents were in the stolen vehicle:

Report to the Belgian Federal Police the loss of these documents.

3. Complete a Request for Customs Clearance form. This form may be found in the Belgian Customs office, bldg 210, rm 111A.

4.Proceed down the corridor to the Central Processing Branch – Registration Section (CEP-RGN), bldg 210, rm 109-110, with all documents to de-register your car.
