If you have a technical problem in your dwelling with water lines, clogged toilets, a gas leak, a flood, a power outage or if you need a locksmith, during operating hours call the "Domaines" on SHAPE ext. 7942, or send an email to dom.shape@minfin.fed.be. Operating hours for the "Domaines" are from Monday till Friday between 09.00 • 13.00 & 14.00 - 16.00. Upon your request, they will send a technician to your house or apartment as soon as possible.
Some jobs are the responsibility of the landlord. Some jobs will be at your own expense. To avoid any disagreement, make sure you have all the necessary information.
