The following categories are determined by employer:

Local Work Force (LWF) are Belgian nationals or Ordinary Resident personnel employed: by national units in support of SHAPE and who are subject to the Belgian labour legislation.

LWF sont des personnes de nationalité Belge ou résidents ordinaires employés par un NMR en support du SHAPE et qui sont soumis à la législation Belge du travail.

Local Wage Scale (LWS) are Belgian nationals or Ordinary Residents personnel employed by SHAPE’s Community Services Fund (SCSF) and who are subject to the Belgian labour legislation.

LWS sont des personnes de nationalité Belge ou résidents ordinaires employés par SCSF et qui sont soumis à la législation Belge du travail.

Local Wage Rate (LWR) are Belgian nationals or Ordinary Residents personnel employed: by SHAPE or Belgium and who are subject to the Belgian labour legislation.

LWR sont des personnes de nationalité Belges ou résidents ordinaires employés par le SHAPE ou la Belgique et qui sont soumis à la législation Belge du travail.

SF 94: signed and stamped by your HR Civilian Personnel Department.

Certificate of Assignment/Contract: stamped and sign by NMR.
