Newcomers

Life at SHAPE is unique. With 32 NATO member nations and additional partner and military cooperation nations represented at SHAPE, we are a truly diverse community. To help acclimate you and your family to your new community, we organize briefings and guided tours of Mons from July to September.

The dates of the SHAPE Newcomers' Briefings 2024 are: 18 July - 29 August - 19 September - 17 October

All the events will take place at SHAPE Club - Ball Room. A Tour Of Mons on each date will take place as well. To attend the Briefings and (or) the Tour of Mons, registration is required.

SHAPE Village Interest Survey

Throughout 2024, you have the unique opportunity to participate in a study regarding your interest in SHAPE Village accommodations. This information will be used by the Housing Office to evaluate both current and future inventory, allowing us to better serve you (SHAPE community). Please note, this survey is not a part of the registration process.
