VEHICLE REGISTRATION RENEWAL

Make an appointment for Vehicle Registration, and provide the following documents:

1. Both parts of a vehicle registration document with:

Name (must be in the sponsor’s name);
Valid Expiration Date (must have between 10 and 40 business days of coverage before expiration, otherwise the vehicle will be registered for new plates...and therefore additional costs)

2. Valid insurance card with:

Name (must be in the sponsor’s name)
Date (must have more than 1 month of coverage)
Chassis/VIN number
Address (must be a Belgian address)

3. Belgium Controle Technique (CT): A copy of the inspection approved document, green in colour (if the vehicle is more than 4 years old). You can book an appointment online at the CT station of your choice through: https://rendez-vous.autosecurite.be/home/

The renewal can be requested for a maximum period of 3 (three) years starting at the end of the month of the registration date.

Note : The fee for an extension is 30 euros
