Be active and make your daily exercising more fun.
Half an Hour Power invites you to be active and take part in monthly challenges. You are welcome to join the group at: https://www.facebook.com/groups/halfanhourpowerchallenge2021
Exercise for at least 30 minutes (do whatever you like: run, walk, swim, play tennis, do yoga, etc.) and collect points. You will get extra points for exercising outdoors, distance, and burned calories. After the month, there will be a raffle, and if you collected at least 30 points, you have the chance to win some prizes.
