Our Concessionaires are here to serve you!
Not only they provide close, convenient services needed by our community, but they also pay to SHAPE royalties derived from their business turnover, which are used to support various SHAPE Community Activities. Thanks to their contributions to SHAPE under the terms of their contracts, you benefit from lower prices in our facilities, but also from free entrance for athletics, recreation and other community services. Shops outside the area do not make such contributions to lower the cost of living at SHAPE.

If at anytime, you would like to make a suggestion/complaint or perhaps you have a problem communicating with the sales staff, please contact the manager. Although the majority of customer complaints are efficiently resolved by the Shop Managers, there may be a time when a satisfactory response is not provided.
