How to Access the Base? In order to access the base,  a sponsor must submit a SHAPE Form 550 to the Visitor' Office (Berlin Gate) or Information Desk (Bldg 102). 

The Request for access to SHAPE is only valid if appropirately completed and submitted by the sponsor through the Visitors' Office or Information Desk, at least five working days prior access. Download the SF550 at the button below.
